Location: Gong Badak
We reached Kuala Terengganu as part of our East Coast cari-cari makan journey. So happens that we saw the signboard of "STADIUM" and we decided to have a look on the 'new attraction' of the state. Here we go, we followed the signboard to the destination.
Once we reached the destination, we were speechless. The once mighty Stadium Sultan Mizan Zainal Abidin (named after King) which was recently used for Sukma games, collapsed like that. This stadium was completed for the games with the cost of RM300mil.
Since then, there were lot of news coming out related to the incident. Up to today, we are not sure what is the progress of the stadium of the investigation.
When we reached the location, we were thinking that we are the only 'pat kua' people there, looking at the misery. Surprise surprise, even the local people came all the way to see the damage structure of the stadium. Of course we take our own sweet time to capture the best memory for this.
